Refunds
and Cancellations:

personalized items may not be returned for a refund;
however, if your banner is damaged in transit, you may return
it "unopened" its original packaging for a prompt
credit, exchange or full refund.
The
day you place your order, your banner goes into production
immediately. Therefore; any and all cancellations must be made
within one hour from the time you place your order.
